Hi Tasonda, thank you so much for taking time out of your busy day to share your story, experiences and insights with our readers. Let’s jump right in with an interesting one: What do the first 90 minutes of your day look like?
Getting up and preparing myself for the work day as well as driving to work.
Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
My name is Sona I’m the owner of Seriously Blended which is a family owned, black owned business. We sale custom apparel and accessories. We were once located in Eastland mall until they shut down now we are fully online at www.seriouslyblended.com. We are currently working on revamping our brand after the mall closer as well as making content daily.
Okay, so here’s a deep one: What did you believe about yourself as a child that you no longer believe?
I use to think I was ugly and no one cared about me, now that I am an adult I have grown to love who I am and who I have become. I am extremely powerful and proud of my growth and beauty.
Was there ever a time you almost gave up?
Yes when my son was diagnosed with autism. I didn’t understand why him and and didn’t know if I would be able to raise a disabled child with little education about his needs, not being able to work and afford his needs scared me. However my son is thriving and succeeding all because me and his father took the time to get him the help he needed.

My children and family also making content and taking pictures lol.
