Good morning Jenn, we’re so happy to have you here with us and we’d love to explore your story and how you think about life and legacy and so much more. So let’s start with a question we often ask: Have any recent moments made you laugh or feel proud?
Most recent moment that made me laugh, and also feel proud, was my toddler pooping in the potty! She threw her hands up in the air, and said, “BYE POOPY!”
Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
Hi! My name is Jenn Cuevas! I am a full time Mama to 3 beautiful kids, wife to the best husband out there, full time employee, and full time business owner/ makeup artist! My business is run by my gratitude for life, desire to provide the best life for my family, and my pure devotion and admiration for my faith in Christ.
Thanks for sharing that. Would love to go back in time and hear about how your past might have impacted who you are today. Who saw you clearly before you could see yourself?
My husband. That beautiful soul and the one I owe so much to. Before I mustered up the courage to begin my own makeup business, he pushed and encouraged me for YEARS. He had faith in my ability way before I ever did.
What fear has held you back the most in your life?
The fear of failure in front of my children. Starting a business has such vulnerabilities that are put on the table. And when you’re focused on showing your kids, “mom can conquer hard things,” that also comes with the fear of failing in front of them.

Money is not the key to happiness.
Okay, so let’s keep going with one more question that means a lot to us: What do you think people will most misunderstand about your legacy?
Many people have an issue with makeup. Because it’s not considered “real,” or “natural.” And on some level, that is true. But my desire with makeup, isn’t to completely change the way one looks. But to use certain products and techniques to amplify your beauty. It’s like finding a beautiful dress or outfit. It doesn’t change the person and who they are, but it brings a certain confidence in making them feel beautiful.
