Hi Sherri & Monica, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
We have been friends for over 15 years and counting. During that time, we soon realized we shared a love for decluttering, bins, boxes, lists and all things organizing. We have kids, dogs, and spouses that have ruled our space for 20+ years. Yet, we have figured out how to take it back and make life simpler. We had been helping friends and family purge, declutter, and organize and decided there was a need in our community.
People are overwhelmed and have accumulated so much stuff. We wanted to help and thus, We Organize You came to life. We have helped over 20 families take back their space and free their mind from the stress of holding on to so much stuff.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
By the nature of who we are, this was just a natural transition into something bigger than our own homes. Running the business has not been easy or difficult but rewarding in so many unexpected ways. We have learned that everyone has their own reasons for accumulating stuff, whether it’s lack of time, a family transition, a life crisis, or just being overwhelmed. Our journey has been rewarding because we are personally able to help each family find peace in a place that was so chaotic.
Appreciate you sharing that. What should we know about We Organize You.?
We are a home/office/business professional organizing company that specializes in BIG PROJECTS -basements, attics, garages…and everything in between.
We love that there are two of us to do these jobs. It lends itself to lots of ideas and creative fixes for our clients. As they say, “two heads are better than one”. Along those lines of working as a pair, we can also do so much in such a small amount of time.
We are proud that we are environmentally conscious by working with several local companies to recycle and donate most of the items our customers want purged.
