Hi Megan, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
Megan Ann Vaillant is a dynamic entrepreneur and professional with a diverse background in operations consulting, coaching, fitness, and hospitality. With a passion for helping others and a keen eye for business. After successfully leading operations & organizations for over 18 years, Megan decided to leave corporate life behind, focus on being an entrepreneur, and be the best Mom she can be to Kennedy (16) and Koltan (11)! Megan has successfully launched multiple ventures, each reflecting her experience and commitment to excellence and innovation.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
It has been exciting, fun, yet chaotic! I have been supported by my family, local organizations, and many inspiring women leaders. While I am eager to move fast and grow, I am also learning to be patient, think strategically, and truly understand my clients’ needs. My goal is to provide highly customized services that ensure the utmost satisfaction.

How did it get it’s name? When I was around the age of 10, my childhood friends Natalie, Kelly & Michelle were mixing up Pink Lemonades called “The Pink Flamingo”!
From the first sip to the last, we believe your bar service should be extraordinary. That’s why Pink Flamingo Traveling Bar delivers a one-of-a-kind experience with our custom-built mobile bar. Based in Perrysburg, Ohio, we bring decades of bartending and service expertise paired with a passion for crafting the perfect drink menu and making every guest feel welcome. We elevate your special event with a touch of fun, flair, and unforgettable hospitality.
We offer a variety of mocktails, cocktails, mimosa, coffee & hot cocoa bars, customized drink stations, charcuterie boards and many other al ‘carte party & event options.
Who else deserves credit in your story?
My mom Sue and Friend Amy has been my biggest cheerleader, always talking about my vision and brand! Amy is always looking out for philanthropy opportunities and events for Pink Flamingo to be involved in.
My childhood friends & adult friends by supporting and giving me new and fresh ideas to cater to a variety of clients.
My colleagues and peers from Leadership Toledo by providing me local visibility and brand awareness by allowing my team to lead and attend local events.
And last but not least! Koltan and Kennedy have been amazing and supportive. With some long day and nights, they are always excited to help out, be my assistant for the day or hug me when I get home!
