Hi Antoinette, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself
I founded Diva Defined Boutique during the pandemic. Growing up, I worked retail jobs including JC Penny, TJ Maxx, Macy’s, Dillard’s, New York & Co and more. I consider myself a fashionista. I enjoy fashion and helping women look and feel beautiful at an affordable cost.
My goal is not to just help women feel beautiful but offer young women the opportunity to grow in the fashion industry, build customer service etiquette and professionalism.
I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle free, but so far would you say the journey have been a fairly smooth road?
It has not been an easy process due to not having a storefront. It takes a lot of marketing for new customers to know Diva Defined Boutique exist in Cincinnati. Without customers, I have no sales. Lack of sales hinder my business. I have had to cut payroll due to low sales. That’s why supporting small businesses is a must!

Diva Defined Boutique is a small intimate boutique located on the West side of Cincinnati in a professional office building. Providing affordable women’s fashion; sizes regular to plus size . We provide women the opportunity to have a personal shopping experience that gives it a more intimate feel. Our goal is to provide customers with excellent and professional customer service. We provide opportunities for young women interested in fashion and retail to increase their customer service etiquette and professionalism. We have recently added on services to include planning sourcing trade show events and helpful tools to assist other boutique owners the opportunity to grow and be successful while increasing my professional attributes.
