Hidden Gems: Meet Larry A Lesley of Saint Pierre and Ire Online

Today we’d like to introduce you to Larry A Lesley.

Hi Larry A, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
Thank you for having me! My journey into design started back in high school when I took a vocational course in Digital Design. That class introduced me to the Adobe Suite and the fundamentals of visual storytelling—it honestly changed the trajectory of my life. From there, I pursued a degree in Visual Communication Design from Kent State University and interned at places like Sherwin-Williams and Kohl’s. Fast forward to now, I co-lead a Cleveland-based streetwear brand called Saint Pierre (@sts.pierre), where we explore contemporary menswear and cultural storytelling through fashion. I also run a creative agency called Ire Online (@ire.online), where we offer design, branding, and production services for up-and-coming businesses and creatives looking to build or scale their ideas. My work has become a way for me to connect with my roots, express my culture, and help others bring their visions to life.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Definitely not a smooth road—more like a roller coaster. One of the biggest challenges has been building a solid, trustworthy team. Finding people who not only believe in the vision but also have the same level of drive and work ethic takes time. Another challenge is staying consistent through life’s unpredictability—creative blocks, financial hurdles, and just the reality of wearing multiple hats every day as a business owner. But all of those ups and downs have taught me patience, resilience, and how to pivot without losing sight of the bigger picture.

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know?
Saint Pierre and Ire Online are two creative ventures that reflect my passion for design, branding, and cultural storytelling.

Saint Pierre is a Ohio-based streetwear brand that blends contemporary fashion with a strong sense of identity and storytelling. We focus on high-quality, thoughtfully designed pieces that resonate with our audience, using premium materials and ethical production methods. Our goal is to create clothing that not only looks great but also tells a story and fosters a deeper connection with the community.

Ire Online is a design agency that helps brands bring their visions to life through strategic and visually compelling solutions. We specialize in branding, digital design, and creative direction, working with businesses to craft unique identities that stand out in a crowded market. Whether it’s launching a new product, rebranding an existing company, or developing a cohesive design system, Ire Online delivers innovative solutions that drive real impact.

What sets us apart is our commitment to originality, craftsmanship, and cultural relevance. We take pride in creating work that is not only aesthetically strong but also meaningful and intentional. Through both Saint Pierre and Ire Online, I aim to push boundaries, challenge conventions, and build a lasting impact in the world of fashion and design.

If you had to, what characteristic of yours would you give the most credit to?
Persistence, without a doubt. I’ve never been the most naturally gifted, but I’ve always been relentless. I’ve had plenty of doors close in my face, projects fall through, and moments of doubt—but I keep showing up. Whether it’s 2 AM sketching out ideas or figuring out how to finance the next collection, I push forward because I believe in what I’m building. That mindset has gotten me through every setback and made every win that much more meaningful.
