Hi Delisa, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
I’ve always known, even as a child, that I was here to help people heal—I just didn’t know what that would look like. It wasn’t until I began my journey of awakening and discovered the science and practice of energy healing that everything started to click. Through reconnecting with my soul and learning tools that helped me return to myself, I realized I could also guide others in doing the same, supporting them in remembering their divinity.
We live in such a rigid society, but as spiritual beings navigating a physical experience, we need more fluidity and space to simply be. My work is about creating that space where people can explore who they truly are and begin to show up freely, fully, and as they were always meant to.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Paving a road that’s less traveled definitely comes with its challenges. In the beginning, one of the hardest parts was learning to show up fully and authentically—especially when that meant releasing the weight of other people’s perceptions, judgments, or expectations.
There were moments of loneliness, especially when my path or beliefs didn’t align with what others considered “normal.” But over time, I learned to trust myself and trust God. That trust helped me move from seeking external validation to fully accepting my own journey—and that brought a deeper sense of confidence and peace.
As I kept walking in alignment, things began to flow more easily. The lessons got lighter, the resistance softened, and I started attracting the right people into my life—my true soul tribe. I now know that honoring who I am is what keeps me on the right path.

My business is a soulful, creative healing practice that bridges wellness, spiritual empowerment, and intuitive artistry—designed especially for women on a journey of remembrance and reclamation. Through energy healing, guided meditations, chakra-aligned herbal teas, yoga, and sacred workshops, I support women in reconnecting with their truth, clearing energetic blockages, and embodying their divine essence.
What sets my brand apart is the way it holds space for deep transformation through softness, ritual, and authentic self-expression. Every offering is created with intention—to remind women of their innate power, to help them feel safe in their bodies, and to support them in showing up fully and freely.
I’m most proud of how my brand has become a sanctuary for self-love, healing, and aligned living. This isn’t just a business—it’s a movement for women who are ready to rise in wholeness, wisdom, and worth.
What do you like best about our city? What do you like least?
This city has played a big role in the evolution of my work. The resilience of the community and the creative energy of the local art scene have both influenced the way I hold space for healing. Being here has challenged me to build my own sense of community and deepen my offerings, whether through energy work, herbal creations, or sacred gatherings rooted in authenticity and self-expression.
What I’ve found most challenging about the city is the quiet division that sometimes exists within communities, especially in healing and wellness spaces. There can be an undercurrent of competition or performance, which takes away from the authenticity that true healing requires. I’ve also felt the emotional impact of the lack of sunlight here—it affects my energy and creative flow. Still, these contrasts have only made me more committed to creating spaces rooted in real connection, warmth, and intention.
