Hi Darlonda, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
I started Luminous Pearls in 2021. The ideal of providing Teeth Whitening services came shortly after inquiring about receiving the service myself. I realized that the cost of the service was extremely expensive and not covered by insurance as it’s considered a “Cosmetic Procedure.”

I then received services from a Teeth Whitening Technician and ask about the training as I wanted to learn more about the process of becoming a Teeth Whitening specialist myself. As I continued my research, I came across a technician who offered courses in both Teeth Whitening & Tooth Gems, and the rest is history.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Starting out was pretty rough because this service was once only offered only in a Dentist office but became available for technicians like myself to start their own business. Some where not as open to the idea as others, and building up a repeatable clientele wouldn’t be easy.

I began providing my services by offering introductory prices as well as including mobile services. As my clients started to refer my services to friends and family, I needed a more permanent place to provide my services. I was offered a space in a relative’s shop to work as he was in the process of expanding and looking to offer a variety of services in addition to the services that were already being provided.

It was a cool place to work, and I’m extremely grateful for the opportunity that was given to me, it just wasn’t the atmosphere & location for the upscale services I envisioned to provide to my customers. I immediately knew I would eventually be looking for my very own space that reflects my personality and the experience I wanted for my clients. I had clients who were coming from as far as Columbus, Cincinnati & Pennsylvania to receive my services, and it’s my responsibility to give them a calm, relaxing setting for a much more enjoyable experience.

Luminous Pearls has relocated into our very own luxury suite, which is conveniently located in Bedford, Ohio. It was truly a big transition but a very much necessary one for the continuous growth of the brand. My clients really love the more relaxed and intimate setting of our new location.

I specialize in noninvasive Teeth Whitening services and carry a variety of Teeth Whitening products that clients can purchase to maintain their new smile or to incorporate into their daily oral hygiene routine.

Luminous Pearls Teeth Whitening does not except insurance, but we do offer a variety of interest-free payment plans through providers like Klarna, Afterpay, Sezzle, Splitit & Affirm.

Prices are affordable and range from $75.00 to $328.00, depending on which session you choose. A $35 deposit is required to book your session and is due at time of booking. All booking must be made through our website.
