Today we’d like to introduce you to Chris Bianchi.
Hi Chris, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
I’m a musician, self-made entrepreneur, and father who’s built a career at the intersection of rock music and business. As the founder of CB Entertainment, I work across artist development, marketing, and live events while continuing to create and perform music myself. Being recognized with my band in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame is something that represents the journey, but day to day, I’m focused on growing artists, building businesses, and setting an example for my family.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It’s been anything but smooth. In entertainment, there are no guarantees. Every project is different, every situation changes, and you’re constantly dealing with variables you can’t control.
What I’ve learned over the past decade is how to adapt fast and pivot when needed. You can’t approach this industry with a one-size-fits-all mindset. The people who last are the ones who can read situations in real time, adjust their strategy, and keep moving forward regardless of what gets thrown at them.
Struggles include anything and everything that life can bring. not joking.
Appreciate you sharing that. What should we know about CB Entertainment?
CB Entertainment is a full-service entertainment and artist development company. At its core, we focus on building artists and brands from the ground up and helping them scale in a real, sustainable way.
What we do goes far beyond just music. We handle artist development, marketing strategy, branding, content creation, distribution, and consulting. On top of that, we’re heavily involved in live events. Everything from booking talent to producing shows and providing stage, sound, and lighting.
The goal with everything we do is to create real opportunities and long-term growth, not just quick moments. Whether it’s an emerging artist or an established brand, we approach every project hands-on and build a strategy that actually fits them, instead of forcing a one-size-fits-all model.
Any big plans?
The future of CB Entertainment is all about scaling what we’ve already built, but doing it in a bigger, more strategic way. We’re focused on expanding our artist roster, developing more breakout acts, and continuing to build records that can compete at a national and global level.
On the live side, we’re putting a lot of energy into growing our event footprint. Developing our own branded festivals and experiences. That’s a major lane for us because it creates real-world impact and visibility for both our artists and the brand.
At the end of the day, the goal is to turn CB Entertainment into a recognized force in both the music and live event space, while still keeping the independent mindset that got us here in the first place.
