Hidden Gems: Meet Celine Moser of Celine Raschel, LLC

Today we’d like to introduce you to Celine Moser

Hi Celine, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
I didn’t come from a family of entrepreneurs so when I decided to start this journey I truly had no idea what I was doing. A friend told me she signed up for this all-day, live, training about how to start your own business as a virtual assistant. A couple of days before the event they ran one more big sale on the tickets so I decided to do it and I think it cost less than $200. The course was super helpful and it gave me exactly what I needed to get started. This wasn’t the first time that I had a great idea to start a side hustle or business. I was really good at getting excited about things, putting in some work for a bit, and then not committing. So I can say that I was actually shocked that I put in the work and actually made my virtual assistant business happen.

Since starting my business three years ago, I have shifted from a virtual assistant to an executive assistant/online business manager. I pretty much only work with 7-figure business owners. And I got here by not being afraid to step out of my comfort zone. I got here by having confidence and trusting that I can learn and figure out whatever I need to so that I can support my clients in this new role. Experience comes from doing, so if you only go after opportunities that. you already have experience in, how will you ever grow? My goal now is to start offering mini-courses to make it super affordable for people just like me to start their own online business as a service provider. This is the best thing I have ever done for myself (besides being a mom) and I want this for others.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Is entrepreneurship a smooth road for anyone? HAHA It’s definitely had its bumps. When I started it took 3 months before I landed my first client. And that came after a lot of calls that almost turned into clients but then they never committed. So I heard a lot of nos before I got a yes. Then, in the beginning of 2023, I probably experienced one of my toughest times in business. I had lost most of my clients and not to any specific fault of my own, clients come and go for many reasons. I was making the least amount of money that I had since starting. It took months before I finally signed another client. It was really stressful and I cried a lot. And if I didn’t believe in myself and have a strong mindset (which you have to have in business) I probably would have called quits and said this is my sign that this isn’t going to work and it’s time to be done. Instead, I invested in coaching, got clear on my goals, and kept pushing forward. I’ve also dealt with some really difficult clients. Unfortunately, you don’t know how it’s going to be working with someone until you’re in it. And I have dealt with some pretty stressful clients. So you have to know when it’s time to let someone go and that’s okay. Luckily, I work with some really amazing clients that make it all worth it!

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know?
I am an online services provider who specializes in supporting clients as an executive assistant and online business manager. My services vary because each client has unique needs. Overall I support my clients and their businesses on the backend through systems, team management, customer support, project management, strategy, day-to-day tasks, and more.

I have over a decade’s worth of experience supporting business owners. As mentioned, I mostly work with 7-figure business owners. I really understand the level of support that they need and the best practices for running a business of that size.

I would say I am most known for the level of service I provide. I go above and beyond for my clients. They know they can depend on me, and I am willing to step up in emergencies and provide the high level of service they need. I have a strong passion for supporting my clients and it brings me so much joy to see them succeed and to be a part of helping them reach their goals. My clients are so inspiring and I love that I get to surround myself with such amazing women in business.

I have always been a go-to person that people in my life would come to for advice and when they felt stressed. I am good at breaking things down, talking things through, and bringing some peace to situations. And I provide that same sort of calmness and peace to my clients. I am not afraid to be honest which I think is very valuable in business. And I am a ton of fun. I have a saying on my website that we are going to get shit done and have fun doing it and that’s absolutely true.

If you had to, what characteristic of yours would you give the most credit to?
Trust is huge. When people hire me they are letting me into the heart of their business. I pretty much get to see it all. I have access to everything. It can be scary to trust a stranger with something so important as your business. And my clients know they can trust me and feel secure. I also think my reliability and work ethic have played a big part in my success. My clients constantly tell me how much they appreciate the work I do for them and that’s because they know I am going to handle whatever it is that needs to be handled. I take initiative and I don’t wait to be asked to do something, I know what needs to be done and I handle it. I’m very resourceful. If I don’t know the answer, I can probably find it. I am also a lot of fun to be around. Business can be stressful, it’s a lot of work but you have to have some fun. After all, a lot of people start businesses so they can enjoy their work more and I feel like I do a really good job helping them do just that.
