Ashley, so thrilled to have you joining us again, this time to talk all about products and so let’s jump right in. Please give our audience some background on the product side.
I’m so excited to introduce “Heal, Queen,” a self-care journal designed just for us Black queens. This isn’t your ordinary journal—it’s our safe haven to reflect, recharge, and nurture our minds, bodies, and spirits.

Featuring 5-minute self-care activities, personalized self-care assessments, and daily check-ins, “Heal, Queen” equips us with practical tools to prioritize our well-being.

Let’s start each day with purpose, honor our emotions, and find joy in the little things. Our journey to self-discovery and wellness begins now.

Do you remember the moment you realized the world needed this product?
I believe the world needs my journal, *Heal Queen*, because it fills a gap in the wellness space for Black women. This journal offers a culturally affirming, accessible, and practical tool for healing, self-reflection, and personal growth. It validates the unique experiences of Black women and empowers them to prioritize their mental health and self-care in a way that feels authentic and relatable.

As a clinical therapist, I understand the nuanced challenges Black women face. This journal is more than just a collection of prompts—it’s a safe space for women to unpack their thoughts, embrace their worth, and take actionable steps toward healing. In a world where representation matters, I want *Heal Queen* to serve as a reminder that Black women deserve care tailored specifically for them.

If you had to boil your product or brand down to one core message – what would that message be?
Helping Black women heal, grow, and embrace their enoughness.

What are you most thankful for?
I am most thankful for the opportunity to support and empower Black women on their healing journeys. I’m grateful to provide therapy and create a safe, culturally affirming space where women can reconnect with themselves, prioritize their well-being, and embrace their worth. I deeply value the connections I build and the impact I’m able to make through my work, as well as through resources like *Heal Queen*.
