Today we’d like to introduce you to Keith Henry.
Hi Keith, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today.
I started my business, O’Henrys Kitchen OnWheels July 30th, 2020; cooking is one of my passions. I use to sell dinner at work. I had a lot of feedback on how my cooking was good and I should take it further, so I decided to start O’Henrys Kitchen OnWheels.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way? Looking back, would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
No, it haven’t been a smooth road. I started O’Henrys Kitchen OnWheels during Covid-19. I was knew to the community people didn’t know nothing about O’Henrys. Few things about me and the business: we love giving back to the community. By me giving back to the community help me to put my name out there and to help the business to grow.
We’ve been impressed with O’Henrys Kitchen OnWheels, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
I am a BBQ truck. We cater all events, private event, birthday party, wedding, graduation ceremony, baby shower, etc… We also give back to the community 4times a year. Thanksgiving and Christmas Eve dinner free of charge
