Today we’d like to introduce you to Hailey Lovejoy.
Hi Hailey, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
My story starts out as your pretty typical everyday nanny. Early on in my life, I discovered my love for impacting future generations. I worked as a daycare worker, nanny, kindergarten teacher, teacher’s assistant, etc. Any job that I got to spend time with children I was there and loved it! As my life started to become increasingly busy and additional responsibilities piled on I took a short break for about a year and worked in retail. The goal was to eventually climb the ladder, become successful in retail, and manage a store. Five years into working retail on the side I quickly realized that this is not where I wanted to be, and my talents lied in a different career. From there, I explored careers in specialized childcare and landed myself a new career as a as a newborn care specialist, sleep educator, and a parent coach!
As I dove into this career, I realized there is something missing within the community of parents. There was a brokenness that was heavy and needed to be addressed. I noticed that there was a lack of support and education for parents and their children, each day I saw case after case of parents who were sleep-deprived, children who were over-tired and acting out, and fathers who were disconnected and lost. Something had to change! I could not watch many more families fall apart, and I could not handle hearing one more heart-breaking story. I knew these families wanted help and they needed a community but were unsure where to find this.
This is where Bundles Of Joy was created. We are here to revive families and give them the support they need through overnight newborn care, potty training, sleep training, parent coaching, and so much more. We want you to feel empowered and confident to be the best parent you can be. I believe that every child is a gift from God and was created to be cherished loved, and to bring joy to a family. The mission is to bring families together, and the goal is to help support parents every step of the way. No matter what point you find yourself at within your parenting journey, it is not too late to find the support you need! You are right on time, and there is a place for you.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not, what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Launching a business is a whole new world! Each week is incredibly different in the beginning stages. Some weeks, you feel like you have it together, and some weeks you feel like you are failing as a business owner. The biggest struggle I have found are figuring out how to reach a wide range of families from every income level. Another big struggle I have come across is finding a balance between growth and quality. There are so many ideas that run through my head that I would love to launch, but my main goal is to grow my business with quality content, services, and people!

My business is a support system for families no matter their economical background or stance in life. Bundles Of Joy specializes in sleep training, newborn care, and parent coaching. The goal is for every family to feel welcome and empowered to be an amazing parent.
One aspect that sets Bundles Of Joy apart from other agencies is we are here to build a relationship with families and children. Each family is viewed as a blessing with something to offer this world and not viewed as a number.
I am most proud of our contribution back to the community as a business Bundles Of Joy tries to give back to the community through clothing donations and service donations to families in need as much as possible.
I would love for future readers and clients to feel they belong and are not ashamed to share their struggles. We can all learn from each other and support one another by being vulnerable. There is great power within vulnerability.
What would you say has been one of the most important lessons you’ve learned?
There have been so many important lessons I have learned along the way! One very important lesson I learned is that people just want to be heard and not always spoken to. They strive for relationship and community, and as human beings, it is always our nature to see how we can fix “their problem,” but sometimes their fix is a listening ear and a kind heart.
