Today we’d like to introduce you to Sara Davis.
Hi Sara, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
I ran college track and was always very interested in health and wellness as well as entrepreneurship. After college, I moved to Cleveland and decided to start taking clients on the side; the community took off pretty quickly and has become so much more than physical training. I run small group personal training bc for women ages 20-50+ and a boot camp class every Wednesday night; it’s a lot of fun!
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not, what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
As anything, there was a period of sacrifice were getting my name out there, creating engaging content on social media was my whole life. Times where I would have 1 person show for a class etc., but I knew I was knowledgeable and passionate so it would come with time. To be honest, it happened pretty quickly for me (about a year and maybe 6 months to be in full swing), and for that, I am very grateful!
Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your work?
I am a certified personal trainer with a background in Nutrition Science and collegiate-level strength and conditioning.
I like to be creative with the workouts and mix styles, I would say my overall style is like a mix of Pilates, bodybuilding & endurance training.
I’m not sure what exactly I would be known for, but I have an amazing clientele that has had some great results. I like to hold outings where we will have a fun photo shoot or try out a new local business, and that gives my clients a community of like-minded people to connect with!
What matters most to you?
Creating space for people to become more healthy and have an environment that is an outlet of light in their life.
It’s pretty awesome to watch a client’s whole vibe from the time they begin to even 3-6 months later. They dress different and have more confidence. Knowing I can help someone achieve that is everything to me.
