Today we’d like to introduce you to Jeff Stewart.
Jeff, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
I am a full-time recording and visual artist and have been fortunate to pay the rent, playing all over the Rustbelt and beautiful Great Lakes. I’ve been doing this for a long time… I feel like I’m just getting started.
So much work to be done, including the four separate albums I am currently working on. It’s overwhelming, but I love it.
I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle free, but so far would you say the journey has been a fairly smooth road?
There are always challenges along the way… and they won’t stop. Most of the time, it’s best to stay as healthy in body and mind as you can while navigating the trouble situations. This allows you to welcome the beauty in your life to be felt and appreciated.
Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
As a vocalist/guitarist, I get to sing my songs nightly. I’m proud to take care of my family with my chosen passion. I’m a songwriter. There is nothing more seductive than capturing the first spark of a melody or riff than hearing the final mix of all the hard work and hours we put in, facilitating the song and moving on to the next.
I’m repeating this process in four uniquely different studios around the area.
I’m proud to say I’ve had songs in a handful of movies and television shows, including the movie, Triumph released in 2021.
I’ve been lucky to have been support for Styx, Sheryl Crow, and others.
My artwork is colorful and bold, and I have to manage this whole side of my world. Very busy and chaotic, but there is too much work to be done to slow down:)
