Hi Tamika, so excited to have you on the platform. So, before we get into questions about your work life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today.
As a Foster child that aged out the system with many younger siblings. Life has been a challenge. Through the birth of my beautiful daughters and my marriage, I have created a sense of purpose. Through my passions of entrepreneurship, retail, and fashion, I created a business idea that will lead my family and many others out of poverty and on the path to generations of wealth. NextUpLEGENDZ Inc. was created in 2020. Each day I work effortlessly in creating a platform for upcoming luxury brand owners to create skills that will help them manage any successful business.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not, what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Very many struggles along the way depending on the perspective. To me, they are lessons that I am grateful to have experienced.
Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
I am known for my creative sense of style and problem-solving. I am very artistic; I enjoy creating canvas artwork and custom fashions. I am most proud of my growth in mindset. I currently work for Target at Starbucks, and I just got hired as a warranty claim processor at Ford. With these networking opportunities and new skills, I plan to establish a legacy that will live beyond myself.

Time management. Finance management.
