Today we’d like to introduce you to Matt Brayden
Hi Matt, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
As a juvenile I was locked up, and this is where I discovered my love and calling for music, as well as my relationship with Christ. Fast forward at 18 I became associated with some peers in the city I lived in, where I was introduced to the street life. During this time I was trying to discover my sound and love for my self so I could embrace the way I write. I made it my mission to consume myself with music and Christ. Fast forward to 2018 my son Elijah was born which gave me a new since of drive, love, purpose for life music and my faith. 2021 I started my journey in College at the University of Akron.as a freshmen you get involved in events on campus that acclamate you to college. This is where I went secular and started to be around the quote on quote people you love and have heard on the radio. My social status started going through the roof, as my name quickly started making noise around campus and other campuses! Fast forward to march of 2023 I was going back and forth from Atlanta to Ohio. This particular time I was doing this event and the night was unfolding the same as always I was Video recording and I finally finished . So I started drinking like always. While I was drunk God allowed me to be co hearant of what I was doing and I asked my self “Matt what are you doing bro” from that moment on I slowly but surely became tight with Christ like vise grips. During this time God allowed me to be able to write the best I have ever written before, I became more sincere and authentic in my music! While doing this I still was doing videography. God has allowed me to do a music video for Canton Jones called “Zoning feat SCI BLW”
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
There have been struggles, Absolutely. You know,I have always wanted to just do everything to such a high standard, that it started to make me become a people pleaser! Allowing people to be able to mistreat me and prostitute my gift.

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
I do a lot of thing. I do videography, photography, graphic design, music, and promotion.
My specialty is really music, however because of my college journey I became know as the “ex-party promoter.”
I am really proud of the consistency in my walk with Christ. It’s about relationship with him. I’m not perfect but I’m flawed. For his reason I cling to the hope God will finish the work he started in me.
What sets me apart is even though I’m an entertainer/influencer I have a standard that will not make room for any contradictory when it comes to me following Christ.

Being saved /following Christ doesn’t necessarily mean allowing you run all over me. It means God changing you from the inside outs, as your peers see this the start to change. This will then begin to create a dominoe affect! One God transforming one soul at a time!
What has been the most important lesson you’ve learned along your journey?
No Matter what I ever did or do, nothing will ever be so big Gods love can’t cover you and your past.
