Today we’d like to introduce you to Madison Sexton

Madison, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
I was born and raised in Cincinnati OH. I have always had a passion for modeling, beauty, fashion, food, and entertainment. I would say I didn’t start exploring and changing my life until the age of 26 where I decided to leave a not so healthy relationship and I rediscovered who I am and what drives my soul. I enjoy posting on my blog and sharing my interests and life through social media where it’s easy to connect with others whom are interested in what I share whether it’s products, places, trends, or relatable life experiences. I love meeting new people, trying new experiences and restaurants, pinpointing the next hottest fashion trends and sharing amazing places to checkout! I have worked with many small businesses and new restaurants and enjoy sharing about them through my social media accounts. Beside being a blogger or what some would call a creator/micro-influencer I am also an advanced esthetician where I have found a huge passion in helping teach others about their skin and how to enhance it. I am currently in school for nursing as well with plans to offer medical aesthetics in the near future.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
There will always be challenges in life; it depends how you handle them, roll with it, re-adjust, accept what it is, accept what it isn’t, be grateful, be sure to love yourself and give yourself grace.

Failure is still a reason to celebrate because you tried; try again through experience.

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
I am an advanced esthetician, blogger, micro-influencer, model for fun, and student. I don’t exactly have one niche and I don’t want too – there are so many amazing fun things to experience in this lifetime. I have a huge passion for fashion; pinpointing what’s hot, what’s not, what’s outdated, and what’s coming back. I am a huge foodie and enjoy sharing details on restaurants from the ambiance to different dishes they offer. I share fun videos of all different things on social media from relatable content to funny videos. I think what sets me apart from others is my authenticity and weirdness; you know you’re having fun if you’re able to be a little weird. Life is short; be sure to be love, light, and positivity and experience all the wonderful things this world has to offer!

Can you tell us more about what you were like growing up?
Growing up I was placed in modeling, acting classes, and dance, as well as equestrian jumping. I would say I have always been creative but as a child I was reserved, shy, and very much a nerd and didn’t find my outgoing spark of a personality until my teenage years. At 15 I found my passion for fashion and still to this day I have friends that ask me for opinions on what they should wear, buy, or they even ask me to go shopping with them to pick out a new wardrobe. I didn’t start speaking up for myself, placing boundaries, and truly unapologetically being myself until I was 26. We are all human – learning, growing, and experiencing life for the first time. Be; kind, caring, thoughtful, patient, non-judgemental, accepting, loving, honest, and forgiving.
