Inspired by his travels around the world sampling the best in global cuisine, Lance brings his expertise in smash burgers and gourmet sandwiches to Columbus, OH, with a unique twist.
Fueled by his love for the Grateful Dead, Ohio State Buckeyes, and a passion for great service, Lance has made Grateful Griddle the go-to food truck for catering private and corporate events, festivals, and community gatherings. I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Coming from Finance and never being in the Food business there was and is a lot to learn. Making quality good tasting food is the easy part! Hiring good staff, controlling food costs, marketing the business and booking events is something I am working hard at and getting better everyday, but am still learning!
