Today we’d like to introduce you to Face Drexler II.

Face, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
My name is Face Drexler II. Im from the east side of Cleveland. I’ve been involved with music for as long as I can remember. Music is everything to me. It helps with my emotions, it makes me feel good, I’ve always appreciated hearing musicians showcase their musical talents and talk what’s surrounding them. Being an underdog I feel my story can relate to most artist trying to reach that level they want to reach. Hence why I’m here today.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
It’s a process. I wouldn’t say it’s smooth but, at the same time anything is possible when you have a plan.

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
Like I said prior music is everything to me. Before I became an artist I was involved in cinematography. Which made my process as an artist much easier creating a cinematic, dark, transparent lane with my music. Being something that my city never heard before, it helps me have my own lane.

Before we let you go, we’ve got to ask if you have any advice for those who are just starting out?
Be self motivated, be consistent & be patient. There will be some discouragement but you’ll have to believe in yourself before anything else. I feel like with where I’m at now is on gods timing. Everything I learned prior helped me where I am today!
