Hi Aaron, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
I am a formally trained product development chemist with Consumer Packaged Goods background in fabric care, hair care, skin care, supplement, beverage, and cannabis/hemp.
Now I help brands with their product development goals- bringing the latest in plant-based science and regulatory guidelines into the development of safe, effective, and market-disruptive products.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Totally not, being small mean you wear many hats, so you do your own accounting and taxes, your on purchasing, and your own markting.

I am an experimentalist at heart, so I am always on the hunt for the next thing by attending global trade shows and maintaining a diverse supplier network.
I take this knowledge and use it in custom product development for my clients, enabling their brands to launch unique products. My clients always own their inventions and I offer support through manufacturing. I especially love the intersection of nutrition and skin care/beverages as I believe these products can al do double duty.
What quality or characteristic do you feel is most important to your success?
Differentiation and customization. Most places just re-sell the same formulation with minor changes as it’s faster and easier- plus they usually have outdated manufacturing practices to be able to offer the latest technologies.
