Community Highlights: Meet Deja Redman of Replenish The Spa Co-op + The Yoga Carriage

Today we’d like to introduce you to Deja Redman.

Deja, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
I am Deja Cierston as the Restorative Vision Oracle (CVO) and Co-Founder of Replenish and The Yoga Carriage. My offerings are that of an Atlas Cedarwood Tree. I move like a Hummingbird and live like a mushroom. A mother to 5 humans and a partner whom I feel grateful to have alongside me on my journey. An entrepreneur and Cultivator of ancient wholistic practices and intuitive base systems. Prolific is a word that speaks to one of my innate abilities and insightful and engaging conversations about conscious exchange are what I enjoy speaking about and inspiring the community with.

I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle free, but so far would you say the journey have been a fairly smooth road?
Trusting my intuition when major challenges occurred in business was something I never wavered on but it was extremely important for me to create healthy practices along the way so that I could build a strong heart muscle to endure this huge responsibility. Sustaining my own care practices created inner struggles along the way especially when It was time to replace the care practice that once worked. I had to move through some tough self-actualizations, and I had to build a healthy relationship with myself to stay connected to my source.

The source is always there but staying connected requires deep self-awareness which is a dedicated life practice. For each hurdle, I faced I was grateful that I got through my inner turbulence first so that I could overcome obstacles that seemed like giants when they appeared. Owning your life is hard work and when you add a heart-led business the mountain is beautiful but very steep because the two go hand and hand life + purpose(work).

Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your businesses?
We are a Self Care Evolution here to awaken and restore the community to live a more connected and beautiful life. We believe that beauty is your birthright. As mothers, it is all in our DNA for us. Observing the origin of our lineage, listening to the stories that have been passed down from generation to generation.

Replenish is a space for well-being. From emotional care, and herbal beauty remedies to self-care rituals. Awareness, Restorative Care + Connection are the base ingredients for all that we create. It is the most valuable gift from our ancestors that has been passed down. The seed of Replenish is cultivated from our grassroots.

We offer self-care therapies to support your everyday life. We believe in taking care of the whole sum of who you are and not just one part. The moles, the scars, the transitional life experiences, and your loved ones: all of it matters. We honor you for who you are in the present moment and together we will create an individualized care plan that will re-inspire, re-connect, and restore your energy, your mind, and your life path.

A restorative life study learning carriage of integrated holistic practices to support self-work and community care. We offer yoga life classes + meditations and life study courses aligned with nature to support your everyday life and the community you serve.

Can you talk to us a bit about happiness and what makes you happy?
A cup of tea. Because the herbs cooperate for a common purpose, to heal. Happiness is nice but fleeting Joy however is our birthright something that no one or nothing can take away. Sip slowly.
