Hi Ayan, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
My journey began with a desire to build something lasting for my family and to prove that success doesn’t have to follow a single, traditional path. I’m a Columbus-based real estate agent, entrepreneur, and mother of four, and from the beginning, I knew I wanted to create a career that balanced ambition, purpose, and flexibility.
I entered real estate with a long-term vision around ownership, development, and generational wealth. At the same time, I started sharing my journey on social media in a way that felt authentic to me focusing on motivation, discipline, and confidence rather than just transactions. I wanted to show that it’s possible to build momentum and believe bigger, even while managing a full life.
That approach resonated quickly. As I stayed consistent with my message and presence online, the audience grew organically, eventually reaching hundreds of thousands of people across platforms and millions of viewers. What stood out most wasn’t just the growth, but the response people from Columbus and beyond reaching out to say the content encouraged them to start over, pursue new goals, or take themselves more seriously.
Alongside building that audience, I remained actively engaged in real estate, working on commercial and new construction projects while continuing to grow my brand. Columbus has always been the foundation of everything I do. The city shaped my work ethic, my values, and the community-focused mindset I bring into my business.
Today, I see my work as a blend of real estate, entrepreneurship, and inspiration. I’m proud of how far the journey has come, but I’m even more focused on what’s ahead continuing to grow intentionally, setting an example for my children, and showing others that meaningful success can be built right here in Ohio through consistency, belief, and purpose.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
It definitely hasn’t been a completely smooth road. For a large part of my journey, I was a student while building my real estate career, raising four children, and making sure I was fully present for my family: from school responsibilities to practices, games, and everyday life. Balancing those roles required discipline, structure, and constant prioritization.
There were moments when the pace felt overwhelming, and nights where giving up would have been the easier option. What carried me through those moments was belief…belief in myself, belief in the vision I had, and belief in why I started in the first place. My husband and children were my biggest support system throughout it all, constantly reminding me to keep going and helping me stay grounded when things felt heavy.
Navigating those seasons taught me resilience in a very real way. I learned to trust myself, manage my time intentionally, and move forward even when the path wasn’t easy. Looking back, those challenges strengthened my confidence and clarity, and they continue to shape how I approach both my business and my life today.

My business sits at the intersection of real estate, education, and personal brand. At its core, I specialize in real estate with a focus on commercial and new construction projects, while building a brand rooted in confidence, consistency, and long-term vision.
What sets my work apart is that I don’t approach real estate as just transactions. I see it as a platform for education and opportunity. Alongside my real estate work, I’ve built a strong social media presence by sharing motivational and aspirational content connected to discipline, belief, and lifestyle. That visibility has allowed me to reach millions of viewers and grow a large, engaged audience of people who are curious about real estate and building a career they can take seriously.
Education plays a key role in my brand. Through my content and digital resources, including my Stan Store, I focus on teaching people how to get started in real estate, how to think like professionals, and how to build confidence in themselves as future agents or entrepreneurs. I aim to make the industry feel more accessible by breaking things down in a way that feels realistic, encouraging, and aligned with long-term success.
I’m known for building intentionally and publicly, showing that success doesn’t have to look traditional or happen overnight. My brand emphasizes consistency over hype and confidence over comparison. Rather than fitting into a standard mold, I’ve created a lane that blends professionalism, education, and inspiration which resonates strongly with people navigating their own career goals or transitions.
Brand-wise, what I’m most proud of is the trust I’ve built. Much of the feedback I receive comes from people who say the brand helped them believe that becoming a realtor, starting something new, or changing direction was actually possible for them.
What I want readers to know is that my business is built with intention. Whether through real estate services, educational resources, or social media, my goal is to create access, build belief, and show what’s possible through discipline, consistency, and purpose all while building from Columbus, a city I’m proud to call home.
What was your favorite childhood memory?
One of my favorite childhood memories is spending time with my family during simple moments being together, laughing, and playing family board games. Those small traditions created a sense of connection and joy that I still value deeply.
What makes those memories especially meaningful is that they’re the same kinds of simple traditions I’ve carried into my own home. Creating space for togetherness, laughter, and presence with my children is something I’m intentional about, and it’s a reminder that the most meaningful moments don’t have to be complicated.
Those early experiences shaped how I see family today as the foundation for everything else I build.
