Community Highlights: Meet Ashley Gross of Rich Girl Energy LLC

Today we’d like to introduce you to Ashley Gross.

Hi Ashley, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
Rich Girl Energy actually started as a clothing brand. I wanted women to wear their worth—bold, faith-filled, and unshakably confident. But what I quickly realized was that the message behind the clothes was hitting deeper than fashion. Women weren’t just buying hoodies or hats—they were craving connection, community, and conversations that mattered.

So we started hosting link-ups: candle-making nights, museum visits, wine chats, and heart-to-hearts that felt like therapy. And from there, something beautiful grew. The brand evolved into a movement—Rich Girl Energy became a faith-based women’s network focused on personal growth, financial empowerment, and sisterhood without judgment.

I built it while running my financial firm, raising my daughter, and healing from life’s curveballs. What started as a creative outlet turned into a full-blown calling. Now we’re hosting sold-out events, giving business grants, and helping women step into rooms they once felt too small for.

This is more than community—it’s a lifestyle. And we’re just getting started.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Yes their have been challenges
There was a point where I got sick, and it forced me to pause everything. That pause turned into a major turning point. I had to rebrand Rich Girl Energy, restructure my team, and honestly—rebuild myself. It was hard to step back, but it taught me the power of rest, clarity, and divine redirection.

I’ve dealt with burnout, broken partnerships, and moments where I questioned if it was even worth it. But every setback showed me what—and who—was really aligned with the vision. Sometimes God will shake your foundation to show you where the cracks are.

Now? We’re stronger, more intentional, and moving in purpose, not pressure. The road wasn’t smooth, but it refined me. And I wouldn’t change a thing.

Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your business?
Rich Girl Energy is a faith-based women’s empowerment network helping women grow spiritually, personally, and financially. We host powerful events, offer business resources like grants and workshops, and create safe spaces for women to connect, heal, and level up.

We specialize in connection and transformation. We host networking mixers, business workshops, financial literacy events, brunches, and community service projects—all centered around faith, sisterhood, and success. We also offer business resources like grants for women-owned businesses, personal development sessions, and even a virtual accountability pod to support growth for women who can’t meet in person.

What sets us apart is the energy. We don’t do surface-level. We create safe spaces for women to heal, build, and win—without feeling like they have to shrink or compromise who they are. We mix prayer with power moves, affirmations with action plans. You can find us praising God and pitching ideas in the same breath. That’s the Rich Girl way.

Brand-wise, I’m most proud that our message is consistent—whether you buy a hoodie, attend an event, or join the network, you feel the love, purpose, and excellence behind it. We’re intentional with everything we do, and we’re just getting started.

If you’re looking for a sisterhood that celebrates your wins, covers you in prayer, helps you build wealth, and reminds you of your worth—you found your tribe.

Risk taking is a topic that people have widely differing views on – we’d love to hear your thoughts.
I’m definitely a risk taker I started this brand on a whim and with a credit card and thought about giving up because I was getting myself in debt but it wasn’t until I found a team who loved the vision as much as me when the brand began to flourish and we really began to make a difference and impact
