Hi Anna, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I have always been passionate about real estate. After years of feeling stuck in the glass ceiling of corporate America, I decided to take a leap of faith and pursue my dream of helping others find their perfect home. When I first began, I was determined to succeed. I put in countless hours of hard work and dedicated myself to learning the ins and outs of the industry. Those late nights and weekends paid off, as I was able to help 16 people buy/ sell my first-year licensed.
The past year I have had the incredible opportunity to work with some of the top professionals in the industry and learn from the best (Brad Clarizio, Mentor and team leader). I have been able to build valuable relationships and gained inside insights into the market.
I am proud of the business I have built, run on integrity, passion, and hard work. I don’t view my job as a just the means to a paycheck, but truly an honor to help my clients find the perfect home and to have the chance to make a positive difference in their lives.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall, and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Starting in the real estate business is no easy feat. It requires determination, hard work, and dedication. As a newer agent, it can be difficult to know what to do and where to start. A huge lesson I learned is maintaining your integrity will cost you money, but it will help you sleep at night. Peace of mind is more important than any amount of money, and your reputation will proceed you. It has cost me time and money to build a reputation of honor, but I would do the same thing over again if I had to. Some may see being newer to the business as a disadvantage, but I chose to let it fuel me. You have to work twice as hard as everyone else to gain some traction at the start; keeping up that momentum will lead you to twice the opportunities over time.

I am a central Ohio real estate agent with Red 1 Realty, Clarizio Home Team. I live by the motto “Everything with Excellence” and run my business with integrity, character, and passion. As a lifelong resident of Central Ohio and a background in sales, marketing, and customer service, I knows the ins and outs of navigating the Columbus neighborhoods and the sales process to get the deal done! I have excellent communication, negotiation skills, and industry relationships provide great value to my clients and have saved them thousands.
I am known for the personalized care I provide my clients, always going above and beyond the transaction. I do not consider myself a salesperson. I am not in the business of pushing people; I am here as a liaison to your home buying/ selling needs. My job is to educate you, advocate for you and follow through to get you the best value for your home.
Is there any advice you’d like to share with our readers who might just be starting out?
Don’t listen to people with limiting beliefs! It will be a grind, but you can ABSOLUTELY be successful- even in your first year! Be a student of the trade, learn from each agent you work with (the good and the bad), and stay humble! Surround yourself with a good support system or team.
