This initial step unveiled the vast potential within real estate investing, and I found myself compelled to delve deeper. As we explored this complex field together, it became apparent that there was a conspicuous void in our knowledge—specifically, the intricacies of being a private money lender were not well understood.
Fueled by the need to fill this void, I sought the expertise of a seasoned investor within our circle. She introduced me to her private money lender, and together, we embarked on an enlightening journey. One Saturday morning became a pivotal moment in my career as we delved into the depths of private lending. She shared not just her knowledge, but also her checklists and attorney-approved documents. It was an educational experience that transcended the ordinary—it was the seed that blossomed into a lasting friendship and a cornerstone of my professional growth.
This experience, coupled with my background in strategic HR management and coaching, has shaped my approach to private money lending. I’ve woven these threads into the fabric of Property Angel Partners and GRIT & Polish Coaching, where I empower women to navigate the financial landscape with confidence and acumen. My mission is to impart the critical knowledge and tools that women need to become adept lenders and to take control of their financial destinies. Through my personal experiences, expertise, and the wisdom I’ve gained, I am committed to mentoring women to manage their investments wisely and to increase their wealth. The path of a private money lender is often likened to navigating a complex network rather than a straight road. My journey has been no exception. Overcoming obstacles/challenges has called for relentless networking, continuous education through workshops and masterclasses, and the cultivation of meaningful bonds with real estate agents, attorneys, and title companies.
Each transaction has been a unique, presenting its own set of challenges and learning opportunities. This diversity has been instrumental in expanding my knowledge and honing my expertise. I’ve come to see each obstacle not as a setback, but as a stepping stone—an opportunity to grow and adapt.
Indeed, private money lending demands a robust heart and an unwavering spirit–it is not for the faint of heart. It’s a field that requires dedication and hard work. While the financial rewards are significant, they pale in comparison to the value of the intentional relationships I’ve forged along the way. These connections are the cornerstone of my business, enriching not just my business, but my life as a whole. They are the true measure of my success.

My journey has led me to establish Property Angel Partners, LLC, a business that partners with active investors to fund their real estate deals. This venture is more than just a business; it’s a collaborative platform where I work closely with investors, providing them with the financial backing they need to succeed. Additionally, I founded GRIT & Polish Coaching, where I pour my heart into coaching women, empowering them to start their own private money lending ventures or to scale their current operations.
