Hi Jessica, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
Growing up I always had a passion for beauty including makeup and waxing. I loved the confidence it brought me and I knew I wanted to help others feel the same way. Once, I researched the licenses required for makeup and lashing I found out about the esthetic license. It was a game changer because it brought my awareness to facials and it all made sense. This is a career made for me because I get to serve others and help them feel their best!
I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle free, but so far would you say the journey have been a fairly smooth road?
Not! Having a small business and being self-employed is completely new to me. I never grew up around that culture and I didn’t know how difficult it truly was. However, I don’t look back nor would I change it! Building my small business is so rewarding and I’m passionate about what I do!

I’m a licensed esthetician who specializes in facials, waxing, and lashes. People always tell me that after coming to me, they feel so relaxed from the facial and instant confidence boost after waxing. I’m so proud that I offer quality products and expertise in my services. I put my clients first and I listen to their concerns so I can best serve them!
Do you have any memories from childhood that you can share with us?
My favorite childhood memory was when I would play with makeup and ask my older sister about it and have her trim my eyebrows. It was our bonding moment and it allowed me to be creative. I loved the feeling I had when I felt “beautiful” when I took the time for myself even if I was just playing around because it taught me the importance of putting myself first so that I can then be my best for others.
