Check Out Aysia Amore’s Story

Today we’d like to introduce you to Aysia Amore

Hi Aysia, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I started my journey pretty young! When I was a kid I loved expressing myself and using my voice! And that lead to me being inspired by the entertainment on tv like cheetah girls, Hannah Montana, high school musical, and victorious raised me into the artist I am today! My mom and dad played a lot of music in the car and that influenced me as well! Growing up having a light either people will help you keep it aflame or try to put it out. Unfortunately growing up I was bullied and picked on by my peers for being myself and was outcasted and scapegoated by what I would call my community, which lead to alot of mental health concerns such as anxiety and depression. This lead to me isolating myself but this is also what lead me to create, create, and create! I got the chance to introspective and be my own friend, my own shoulder to cry on, my own community! Which doesn’t exclude or take away from those who were there for me, family, friends, and loved ones!

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It’s been smooth with some bumps on the road. I love what I do truly, but finding my community and audience has been hard. I still have faith the more I give out the more I will get in return! The law of equal exchange!

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
I love to spread love! Whether that be love of self or love of another, I think love can save the world which is why I’m adamant on finding your voice, expressing yourself, and being true to who you are, which comes from loving yourself! I as well do music, I sing, songwriter, play violin, and learning keyboard, and guitar, activist, advocate, model, actress, and currently launching my business ‘Velvet’ with tea and custom handmade jewelry!

Risk taking is a topic that people have widely differing views on – we’d love to hear your thoughts.
I think standing firm in who you are in this society is a risk but definitely a risk worth taking. Following your heart and trusting you intuition and gut may be a “risk” to some but to you it might just be instinct.
