Check Out Angel Dust’s Story

Today we’d like to introduce you to Angel Dust.

Hi Angel, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstories.
I’ve always been around music my entire life, dating back to being a little girl watching my aunts singing every Sunday at church. That love for music continued to progress listening to my oldest brother sing, play his electric guitar, and becoming accustomed to other styles of music. At that time, I was about 4 or 5 years old and just completely sold on the journey to becoming a singer.

I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle free, but so far would you say the journey has been a fairly smooth road?
The path I’m on to greatness has never been easy. Just because is has not been easy does not mean it is impossible. Being uncomfortable and adjusting to change was quite challenging at first. As artists, we all want the best for our career and lives while forgetting sometimes (music) requires us to be vulnerable with other artists, allowing ourselves to be receptive to views other than our own which also want the best for us too. Sometimes music requires us not to be so much in the spotlight instead behind the scenes. You want know something? All of which I’ve came across on my path that causes some hiccups were to places there to build character and prepare me for greater opportunities.

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
I am an R&B singer and sing-writer from Cleveland, Ohio. I’m known for creating songs as well collaborating on music that implements a chill and laid background and atmosphere. I’ve accomplished a lot of goals, my ultimate goal that I’d forever to be proud of is that I’ve always kept going regardless of hardships.

Risk-taking is a topic that people have widely differing views on – we’d love to hear your thoughts.
Risk-taking is vital to growth all the way around. Taking risks also builds character, whether it being personal or business goal. Most of us would not be here today had we chose to live life comfortably and not explore possibilities.
