Stephanie Singleton shared their story and experiences with us recently and you can find our conversation below.
Hi Stephanie, thank you so much for taking time out of your busy day to share your story, experiences and insights with our readers. Let’s jump right in with an interesting one: What do you think is misunderstood about your business?
What I think is misunderstood about my business is my reason and my purpose which is more over passion over paycheck.
And they expectations of people needing to spend to be a part versus the need which is support which costs nothing.
Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
My name is Stephanie Singleton I am the author of a series of books based on the adventures of Ryan and Riley Children’s programs a 501c3 non-profit organization that I found it August 18th 2025.
This non-profit was inspired by my original book titled The Adventures of Ryan & Riley and Mr teddy bear.
We empower children to explore their imagination as a discover fund together one book one Activity one child at a time.
Our principles are based on respect responsibility and obedience
Three principles we classify as our Pinky Promise which is accountability pledge.
A pledge that we recite with our children using a nostalgic interlocking pinky finger before it any event.
This keeps our children accountable to their behaviors at home school and public and with their parents.
Amazing, so let’s take a moment to go back in time. Who were you before the world told you who you had to be?
I was always Stephanie I continued to be Stephanie I know nothing else but being Stephanie however as Stephanie grew she was placed in different environments and from those environments I learned something or took something away and I looked for how can I make Stephanie a better person on a personal level professional level and a business minded level.
And over the years and the results I can see how those light positions served me well
When did you stop hiding your pain and start using it as power?
I stop hiding my pain using it as power I would say officially 2019
January 2019 was a powerful and impactful year for me was a pivotal year for me I made so many decisions in my past that had created me or excelled me to different levels but this one was a turning point I was at a prime year of my life but also making a reverse decision versus going towards my ultimate career which I did in 2004
Here I was reversing going back to where I started with a whole new career a whole new outlook but it took me to go through so many painful life changing moments and experiences that I became okay with my past and use my past and my pain is power which excelled me because I owned it and I was wiser coming out but it took me just stepping in faith believing in myself and I see myself overcome so much all that showed me how powerful I was so now I’m sharing it with the world through the organization that I’m working with with children which I’m passionate about that because now I can go back into children where things start and kind of be a guy to give them that hand to make them skip over some things or make them more wiser as well to what’s possible and avoid what could be considered challenging or should I say impossible.. because everything is possible
So a lot of these questions go deep, but if you are open to it, we’ve got a few more questions that we’d love to get your take on. What’s a cultural value you protect at all costs?
Trust and loyalty these two values are priceless you can’t have one without the other. They both want to foundation of any solid relationship whether it’s family friend or business related. I protect them both at all costs
Okay, we’ve made it essentially to the end. One last question before you go. If you retired tomorrow, what would your customers miss most?
If I retired tomorrow my customers will miss my passion, trust and loyalty I provide in my services.
