Today we’d like to introduce you to Nichole Biller. 

Hi Nichole, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today.
I started running karaoke in 2013 at local bars in the Fairfield and Hamilton area. That same year I was asked to DJ a friend’s wedding. At the time, I was a full-time server and only DJed on the side. 2013 marked the beginning of what would now become a career as a karaoke and wedding DJ. Although 2020 and the epidemic slowed my business down, 2021 has been my biggest year of weddings and events. The only option I’m faced with now is moving forward and booking more. There isn’t another career that could make me happier than bringing music and entertainment to so many people. I really do have the most rewarding job. My clients turn into family. 

I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle free, but so far would you say the journey has been a fairly smooth road?
My biggest struggle was getting through 2020. But my family and I got through it and came out stronger. I know a lot of small businesses weren’t so lucky, and I feel awful for that. 

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
The one thing I hear a lot is that my personality is my selling point. I don’t know no a stranger, and I only want the best experience for my clients. When running any type of show, I treat it like it’s the first time. So, whether you’ve been to one of my shows or it’s your first time, you get the same experience. 

Do you have any memories from childhood that you can share with us?
When I was young, my parents had a black and white video camera. I used to make western movies in my family’s backyard with my three siblings. I was always the director, of course.
