Today we’d like to introduce you to Jahleel Moon.
Hi Jahleel, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today.
My name is Jahleel Moon,
I am a former high school/college athlete (basketball). I’ve now transitioned away from the court and am focusing my time on social influencing and impacting my community in a positive way!
I work for the Boys and Girls Clubs of Northeast Ohio as the Athletics Manager on our regional team. I am also an Instagram influencer— where I share daily workouts, fitness tips, & just overall lifestyle!
I’ve always had dreams of playing professional basketball, whether that was the NBA or in other professional leagues in different countries. However, life took me in a different direction, and I developed a love and passion for personal fitness. Having this newfound love, I wanted to keep making it stronger! So, I overly dedicated myself to the process of becoming the best version of me! During this commitment, I made a choice to document and share my journey to my audiences. When it comes to the content I make, I pride myself on being authentic, and transparent for my audiences.
I believe that EVERYONE has unique qualities about them that make them different. I take find joy in showing up as myself and pulling on my own creativity to keep pushing out the best content I can!
Over the course of the journey, fast forwarding the clock to where I am today… I’ve worked with multiple big companies through my social media, I’ve been able to reach thousands of people! I’ve also established myself as a positive public figure in my community. More importantly than all, I’m am still growing! I am still learning! I am still in search of ways to improve every single day. I am extremely grateful for the support that my family/community/followers pour into my journey. Without them, I am nothing. Thank you!
I am a former athlete who took a chance at a life that he knew nothing about. Times did get hard, I was forced to get uncomfortable for a little, at times the vision did get foggy. All in all- I didn’t give up, I trusted in my abilities to outwork yesterday’s me, and I never looked back! Here I am today!!
No one ever climbed a mountain by accident. Be intentional!
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not, what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
The road is never easy. If it is, then the reward more than likely isn’t that great.
There were plenty of struggles along the way for me. Just the constant feeling of wondering, “is this going to work???”
When I stopped playing basketball, I didn’t know anything else really. That’s all I ever wanted to do. I had to force myself to get uncomfortable and step into unfamiliar territory. Best choice I’ve ever made.
Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?

This is what I am primarily known for.
I specialize in fitness, healthy lifestyle, & community.
I am a people’s person. I love reaching out and connecting with different people all over the world! I find joy in hearing others’ stories and learning from each individual that I come in contact with.
I am most proud of the times I’ve been able guide others. The true reward is in bringing the best out of other individuals. When that trust is built organically, it’s really something special. For me, I don’t take these things for granted one bit.
I think what sets me apart from others is my drive and motivation to keep learning! In no way, shape or form have I arrived is the mindset I keep. I know there’s always room for improvement, I know there’s always new things to learn. I constantly strive to put myself in position to keep growing!!!
What sort of changes are you expecting over the next 5-10 years?
Over the next five years, I see myself as full-time social media influencer, helping others from all across the globe.
