Hi Ra’Nesha, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
My entrepreneurial journey has always been rooted in storytelling, creating meaningful experiences, and helping others. My husband and I have always shared a love for travel. The memories we’ve created together inspired me to turn that passion into something bigger. His encouragement and belief in my vision gave me the confidence to launch Springer Travel Adventures, and today I’m grateful to call him both my husband and my business partner.

Before becoming a travel advisor, I founded Queen Thrifty, a blog where I shared money-saving tips, travel inspiration and ways to make the most of everyday experiences. That passion led me to work with visitors bureaus to promote destinations, write entertainment previews for Disney film releases and be featured in CLE Magazine for my story on the Pro Football Hall of Fame.

Those experiences showed me the power of travel and storytelling to inspire others. Today, through Springer Travel Adventures, I help clients create unforgettable vacations and meaningful experiences while building a business that reflects the passion my husband and I share for exploring the world together.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Entrepreneurship has come with its share of challenges. I have had to learn how to navigate uncertainty, wear many different hats, and stay committed even when growth did not happen as quickly as I hoped. Building a business requires resilience, patience, and the ability to keep learning along the way. Each obstacle has strengthened my confidence and reminded me why I started this journey in the first place.

Springer Travel Adventures is a travel business focused on creating personalized experiences that help people explore the world with confidence. I specialize in cruises, all inclusive resorts, group travel, and customized vacations designed around each client’s needs and dreams.

What sets my brand apart is the personal connection I build with my clients. I take the time to understand what they want and provide guidance throughout the entire travel process. My goal is to make travel planning simple, stress free, and memorable.

I am most proud of building a brand centered around trust, service, and helping people create meaningful memories. Springer Travel Adventures is more than booking trips. It is about creating experiences that people will remember for a lifetime.

Any advice for finding a mentor or networking in general?
Networking has been one of the biggest tools in my entrepreneurial journey. I have found success by showing up, supporting others, and creating meaningful connections rather than simply looking for what someone can do for me. Many opportunities have come from conversations, collaborations, and relationships built over time.

I also believe it is important to be a resource for others along the way. Entrepreneurship can feel like a solo journey, but having a strong network of people who encourage, challenge, and support you can make all the difference.

Having a support husband is so important and I’m blessed to have one.
