Community Highlights: Meet Tanyia O’Neal of Luxury Lips Lashes & Custom Tutus

Today we’d like to introduce you to Tanyia O’Neal.

Hi Tanyia, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
I started making Tutus years ago. I saw photos of tutus, tutus in the store for children, trends of tutus and thought to myself I can make these. I did some research to see what was the best technique, I started off going to the local craft store buying material and started my very own first tutu. Over the years I have somewhat perfected my craft in making tutus and I am challenged by customers with their theme tutu requests but they all seem to be pleased with my work. I started making tutus when I was in high school, I have made tutus for a month-old baby to a 50-year-old woman. You have to make sure you have enough material to make the correct length you have to make sure you cut right one little mishaps could ruin all your hard work.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
The journey of building Luxury Lips Lashes & Custom Tutus has not always been a smooth road. Like many businesses, there have been both successes and challenges along the way. Some months and days are extremely profitable, while others may be slower than expected. One of the biggest lessons learned is the importance of staying consistent and motivated during difficult periods. Running a business requires patience, dedication, and the ability to push through setbacks. Even when sales slow down, it is important to continue working hard, promoting the business, and providing quality products and services. The slower seasons do not last forever, and with persistence and determination, business will eventually pick back up. These experiences have helped strengthen Luxury Lips Lashes & Custom Tutus and continue its growth.

Luxury Lips Lashes & Custom Tutus is a growing beauty and accessories brand dedicated to providing affordable, high-quality products for women and girls. We specialize in lashes, lip glosses, custom tutus, women’s accessories, girls’ accessories, and a variety of other beauty and fashion items. What sets our business apart is our commitment to offering quality, reusable products at prices that are accessible to our customers. One of the things I am most proud of is how far the brand has come. In the beginning, I had very little support, but through consistency, hard work, and dedication, I have built a loyal customer base that continues to return and support the business. As Luxury Lips Lashes & Custom Tutus continues to grow, I am constantly expanding my product offerings to provide customers with even more options while maintaining the quality, affordability, and excellent customer service that the brand is known for.

I am always open to collaborating with individuals, businesses, influencers, and organizations that align with my brand and values. I strongly believe in supporting others as much as I enjoy receiving support, and I genuinely love seeing everyone succeed.
