Today we’d like to introduce you to Blake King.

Hi Blake, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
B. King’s Firearms (BKF) is a veteran owned and operated manufacturer, specializing in AR-15 and AR-10 parts and accessories. The owner of BKF, Blake King, spent years deployed in the Middle East during his service in the United States Marine Corps. At the end of his proud service in the U.S.M.C., Blake still fostered a desire to assist in the area, and took on a new role as a private security contractor. Capitalizing on the skills he learned in the U.S.M.C., Blake provided countless hours of high threat mobile security in a variety of settings, from the mundane to the highly classified. In addition to the years spent in the Middle East, Blake served time in a variety of countries on four different continents, all before reaching the age of 30. In total, he spent over twelve years serving and defending the country he knows and loves, the U.S.A. As a product of all his years spent utilizing and mastering a variety of weapons systems, Blake has learned and appreciates the value of high quality equipment. For this reason, BKF carries only the highest quality products available on the market. Pictured, we find the owner with his team on one of his many tours overseas, at a sensitive location in Afghanistan.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Far from it. Goverments and states trying to ban what we sell will always be the biggest fight. Since i started in 2016 we have added at least 5 more states to the “do not sell list”. Virginia changes in June 2026 and will also be added.. Also raising a family with two babies in 2016, my kids were 5 and 3 when i came home for good from afghanistan. Working full time and shipping my online orders at 4am-7am wasnt fun. Then i was doing Welding at a night school on my GI bill 4 hours at night after work. Then i would pack all friday nights and go run gun shows for the weekend for extra sales. Once schooling was done in 2018 i moved into my first commercial building and decided to do it full time.

We’d love to hear about any fond memories you have from when you were growing up?
Growing up in a small town of Cairo, Ohio provided many good memories. The town was safe in the 90’s and you could ride your bikes to friends house and play all day. Come back home before dark just to sleep and do it all over again. I played many sports including football, baseball, track and wrestling. There were tons of kids me and my brothers ages so we would be playing pick up games at someones house always.
