Meet Miranda Schlatter of Maid to Achieve Cleaning Services LLC

Today we’d like to introduce you to Miranda Schlatter.

Hi Miranda, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
Maid to Achieve Cleaning Services LLC started in 2022. As a mom of 6 children I just couldn’t keep up. I was trying to find a solution to my problem. I had tried some people who cleaned on their own, and tried cleaning services as well. The reliability just wasn’t there. I also felt it wasn’t a great job done. So I decided to start my own business in hopes that I could swing hiring my own people to help me around my house as well. I love being able to provide jobs for others, build community, and get the perks of the extra help. In August of 2026 we will be in business for 5 years. I now have 7 employees and we are in Paulding, Van Wert, Defiance counties as well as the Toledo area and surrounding areas. I started all from scratch and a prayer. God has certainly blessed us to get to where we are and to continue to grow. We love helping people who need a little break, or help companies keep their facilities clean.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
It hasn’t always been smooth, but worth it. Things break at the wrong times, illness hits at the worst times, and just office work seems overwhelming sometimes. But God sees us through it all and provides. Quickbooks was a big learning curve for me. Before I had an office my technicians would come to my house, exchange towels, and grab more supplies. It was chaotic. And never opportune times for either person. We now have an office they can come and go as they please to drop payments and restock items at their leisure.

We are an A+ BBB accredited business that serves Northwest Ohio. We provide background checked, insured, and bonded employees. We also provide all the supplies and equipment for the job so the client has nothing to worry about. We have various employees so we can typically adjust schedules if something comes up on either end of the client or business. We are a trustworthy and thorough business. We have multiple 5 star reviews as well. We provide residential and commercial cleaning services. We can do deep cleans, routine cleans, move in/move out cleanings as well. We have letters of recommendations from our commercial clients to provide if needed.

What makes you happy?
My family, faith, and being outdoors. I enjoy gardening and traveling as well. My reasons being: Without God I am nothing and have nothing. My family that He blessed me with is the best. And any day I tend to be outside I am surrounded by His beautiful creation. I enjoy spending time with family, friends, and having “family nights” with my employees.

Pricing:

• Our residential pricing is not hourly. It is dependent upon the homes size, condition, and frequency of the cleanings. As well as if it is a deep clean, or a routine cleaning service.
