Today we’d like to introduce you to DAVID HADAM.

Hi DAVID, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
When covid happened there wasn’t a whole lot of activities to do, but you could golf to maintain those 6 ft distances. So much like myself a lot of people started to golf and become ever so addicted LOL. So as I am golfing a lot more, I needed to buy new golf gear. I was hoping that there would be a cool Local Company to buy from as opposed to these big name brands but there wasn’t. So as I’m shopping and buying this really expensive apparel, myself and good buddy (co-owner) noticed we didn’t like most fits of the shirts and it was all very expensive. Then I would buy a few hats and they were huge and sat on your head funny. I bought a nee glove and it fell apart. I got a new cover which I ended up losing after one round. So I said to myself, I wish these covers had a magnet on them. And myself and Justin “G” Garcia (co-owner), as we’re complaining about all these products and apparel, we literally said to each other, I bet we could do better. And especially knowing that there wasn’t a local cool company with any of this stuff, we knew we could be the go-to for Cleveland and Beyond for all their golf product and apparel needs. So what started off as making a really cool head cover with a magnet, led to hats, led to sunglasses, so on and so forth and before you know it we have a hundred different products. We truly believe we have the coolest looking, performing, and feeling products innthe industry all at a reasonable fair price.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
We had no idea how much work would be involved in running a golf product and apparel company. What started off as just doing a single headcover, really spiraled quickly (in the best way possible) to a whole bunch of different products. Finding the right manufacturers, getting each product exactly how we want, design, market research, etc. Then the technical side managing google merchant center, shopify, SSO marketing, etc. then all the social media work everyday. And the list continues. But all of this is extremely enjoyable to us and we love doing it. Im sure I am missing a bunch more but after all that, then you have to sell the products lol. It isnt for the faint of heart thats for sure but I cherish everything I have learned thus far and wouldnt have it any other way.

Great, so let’s talk business. Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
Style Caddies Golf offers ridiculously good-looking golf products and apparel nationwide and based out of Cleveland Ohio. We started our company because we didnt like what was out there and saw a need in the industry. The hats out there seem to be these huge Elmer Fudd type hats, the shirts have floppy collars, the sunglasses slip off your face, the headcovers get lost, and the list continues. We knew we could do better and we knew Cleveland needed a go to for these products. So whatever for our hats, he made them lightweight, water friendly and sunglasses friendly. they are also much more detailed than most hats out there with designs under the brim and a nice form-fitting style. Our sunglasses are built with rubberized ends and nosepads to avoid slipping. Our shirts fit perfect for tucking in or out, super stretchy and lightweight, they are built with a more solid collar to avoid the sloppy collar look, and though we have our logos on the shirt, they arent blasted across the front so you can truly wear them for any occasion. Finally you can get a lot of uses out of your favorite shirt. Our headcovers have a magnet on them so you can place them on the cart and they will never go missing. All of our products look great and go anywhere from super eye-catching to more simple, so whatever style you like, we got something for you. We do not have a product that we arent in love with. everything has gone through hours of testing and countless hours tweaking little things to make it perfect. Im proud that everything we have i believe in. We feel really proud about what we have been able to accomplish thus far. It is very enjoyable seeing orders come in form all different parts of the country. You can also see our products in sporting goods stores throughout Cleveland and many Golf courses and pro shops. We have been featured on Clevelands New Day Cleveland morning show, ran the runway at the PGA fashion show in Orlando, throughout the summer ran commercials on fox8 during LIV Golf tournaments, etc. We will be expanding throughout Clevekand and Florida through courses and sporting goods stores and soon to be Amazon. Where we are in life is often partly because of others. Who/what else deserves credit for how your story turned out?
I couldnt do it without my long time friend and co-owner Justing Garcia. Owning this company with him has been terrific and we work really well together to make sure we are delivering the best products and customer Experience possible. We also couldn’t do it without the support of our wives. Stephanie Garcia for Justin and Ashley Hadam for myself. They are also involved with the company and have made us better as a whole. They also give the type of encouragement and support needed to be on the venture. Besides that, our friends and family group have been nothing but supportive and are huge advocates of ours. Sporting our gear and talking us up whenever they go.
