Life, Values & Legacy: Our Chat with Alexandrina Webb

We recently had the chance to connect with Alexandrina Webb and have shared our conversation below.

Hi Alexandrina , thank you so much for joining us today. We’re thrilled to learn more about your journey, values and what you are currently working on. Let’s start with an ice breaker: What are you being called to do now, that you may have been afraid of before?
I’m being called to slow down and lead from a place of alignment instead of urgency. For a long time, I felt like momentum meant saying yes to everything—every opportunity, every request, every version of myself people needed. Now, I’m learning that discernment is just as powerful as ambition. I’m stepping into deeper leadership, building with intention, and trusting that what’s meant for me doesn’t require burnout to reach it. That shift took faith—and honestly, courage—but it’s been freeing.

Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
I’m Alexandrina Webb, founder of Healthcare Billing360 and a creator behind Alexandrina Marie Unfiltered. At the core of everything I do is a commitment to building sustainable systems—whether that’s helping healthcare providers stabilize and grow their businesses, or documenting real-life moments of faith, family, and personal growth.

My work sits at the intersection of structure and story. Professionally, I support healthcare organizations through credentialing, billing, and operational strategy so they can focus on serving their communities. Personally, I share my journey as a wife, mother, and entrepreneur navigating growth with intention rather than burnout.

What makes my path unique is that I don’t separate purpose from process. I believe success should be built with integrity, clarity, and alignment—and that the unseen work matters just as much as the visible wins. Right now, I’m focused on leading with discernment, strengthening foundations, and creating space for both impact and rest.

Great, so let’s dive into your journey a bit more. Who were you before the world told you who you had to be?
Before the world told me who I had to be, I was curious, observant, and deeply intuitive. I trusted my inner voice without questioning whether it was practical or acceptable. I loved beauty, storytelling, and connection, and I believed life was meant to be meaningful, not just productive.

Somewhere along the way, responsibility and expectation tried to quiet that part of me. But returning to it—especially in this season—has reminded me that who I was then wasn’t naïve. She was honest. And she’s still the foundation of everything I build today.

What did suffering teach you that success never could?
Suffering taught me patience, humility, and discernment—lessons success never required. Success can reward effort, but suffering reshapes perspective. It forced me to slow down, listen more closely, and understand that endurance isn’t about pushing harder—it’s about trusting deeper.

Through difficult seasons, I learned that strength isn’t loud and faith isn’t passive. It’s choosing to keep showing up with integrity when outcomes are uncertain. Those lessons continue to guide how I lead, love, and build today.

I think our readers would appreciate hearing more about your values and what you think matters in life and career, etc. So our next question is along those lines. What would your closest friends say really matters to you?
My closest friends would say that integrity, faith, and alignment matter most to me. That I care deeply about how things are built, not just how they look from the outside. Family, peace, and purpose guide my decisions more than status or speed.

They’d also tell you I value honesty—especially with myself. I’m willing to pause, reassess, and choose what’s right over what’s easy. At this stage of my life, what matters most is living and leading in a way that feels true, sustainable, and grounded.

Okay, we’ve made it essentially to the end. One last question before you go. When do you feel most at peace?
I feel most at peace when my life is aligned—when my work, my values, and my relationships are in harmony. It’s often in quiet moments: early mornings, meaningful conversations, time with family, or when I know I’ve acted with integrity, even if it wasn’t the easiest choice.

Peace, for me, isn’t the absence of responsibility—it’s the presence of clarity. It’s knowing I’m building thoughtfully, loving intentionally, and leaving space for what truly matters.
