We recently had the chance to connect with Bakari Robinson and have shared our conversation below.
Bakari, we’re thrilled to have you with us today. Before we jump into your intro and the heart of the interview, let’s start with a bit of an ice breaker: What are you chasing, and what would happen if you stopped?
I am currently chasing success in my early 20s right now. Currently I am 21 years old. I will be 22 years old on December 18, as of today I have published 5 CGI illustration books (The Dark Entities Series) & written twi books called Life of Anthema: A Audacious World We Live IN & The Horrendous: Insurrection of THE Lost Ones. I want to continue to live out my dreams as a CGI Engineer amd Author in my 20s
Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
I am Bakari Ani Robinson the Creator and Founder of Macrocosm Studios. A Company that produces CGI Illustrations under The Dark Entities Series. I am a a multidisciplinary digital CGI Engineer that is creative visionary, combining CGI illustration, game design, and authorship. Building a brand around my art, with long term ambitions in entertainment and merchandise
Okay, so here’s a deep one: What did you believe about yourself as a child that you no longer believe?
As a child coming up i thought that it would be impossible to live out my dreams. If I wasn’t already famous or have anyone to invest in me with a startup. But Growing up through childhood and being a adult now. I see that no one is coming to save me, and no will produce high success results for me. Therefore I knew and still know today i will forever continue to produce great results under my CGI skills and be great.
What did suffering teach you that success never could?
At the end of the day. I have time to reflect that. I must use my time efficiently because there are only 24 hours in a day 7 days a week. It is what i do with my time in order to get better at my craft as a CGI Engineer to continue to be great. Success can never teach me that. So constantly I am always self evaluating my time and what I can do better each day.
Sure, so let’s go deeper into your values and how you think. Where are smart people getting it totally wrong today?
Trying to do everything right in order. Sadly I use to make this mistake a lot. Smart people try and follow the rules. While others that are rulers instead Trying to make everything a smary choice. Rulers tend to do things in a efficient common sense manner. Where smart people try to follow every rule. That thinks that is going to get them to the finish line.
Okay, so let’s keep going with one more question that means a lot to us: What is the story you hope people tell about you when you’re gone?
That i was a great talented CGI ARTIST and I have created great wonderful masterpieces of artwork
