I began studying Massage Therapy, and a family member of mine, who experienced and frequented the services of Therma-Lift & Ultra-Lift @ Be-You-Tiful Beginnings, contacted me about a job opportunity.
I began training as a Technician, working at the establishment, then later on purchased the business…
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
In terms of owning and operating an already established business, some of the challenges/struggles have been:
•Recognizing when to pivot away from a concept and/or idea that doesn’t serve profitability
•Remaining optimistic
