Hi Jade, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
When I had the opportunity to create Lotus Grove Wellness, it’s because I saw a need for people to feel comfortable enough to connect with Alternative holistic healing options. I feel it’s needed in the community, especially for people and families looking for natural, supportive care.
After personally experiencing the benefits of holistic wellness practices, I wanted to help empower others to take charge of their health in a supportive environment.
My goal is & ALWAYS will be to create a welcoming space where people feel heard, supported, and inspired to live their healthiest, happiest lives.
At Lotus Grove Wellness, we provide Alternative Holistic Modalities in services that can be tailored to each individual’s needs—like wellness coaching, group workshops, and personalized care plans.
When people come to the Grove, they are not just another number, they get seen, heard & walk away with practical tools to help them on their journey. We offer encouragement for everyone however that may be, which helps people reach their wellness goals, manage stress, and feel more balanced in their daily lives.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Breaking the mold on alternative holistic healing modalities and approaches is not easy! Not everyone understands what a natural approach is. We live in a society that looks down on people using nature’s plants to heal, spiritual approach for guidance in their life, meditation & breathe work for calming stress. That’s not so Mainstream Doctor Approach & some people look at it as Woo-Woo.
Sometimes you get people that come in and want so many things changed in their life but they’re not willing to do the work and that’s a challenge for us because we truly want to help everybody and we want to help them see how easy it can be if they just take the first step.
One of my biggest challenges has been just getting the word out that we are here! That we have something for everyone on their journey of healing however that looks for them. We have Practitioners, We have workshops, we have Spiritual items for people in their Healing Journey.

Our Answer……. Is simple….. We are a Wellness space that offers a variety of modalities for you on your healing Journey. Whether it be spiritual, physical, or emotional. We have something to help you along your way.

We have spiritual items available in our Retail Boutique space that are there to help you create your best life connected with the things that make you “YOU”. Most of which have been created by Local Artisans.
We offer many different workshops to help you create your very own Amazing works of art, healing, and different kits to bring you all the balance in your life.
We have a large healing space for you to come Meditate, exercise, connect with your higher self, guides, healing modalities and other healers.
We offer different types of healing modality services where you can find something that will help you & come into a space that is connected to healing “YOU” on your timeline for your needs.
