Today we’d like to introduce you to James Hall.
Hi James, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
I have been in the fitness industry for 10 years. I started when I was training classmates, coworkers & teammates when I went to school in East Texas at Tyler Junior College. That constant growth turned into me moving to El Paso & continuing with my fitness career with the addition of getting into group training & much more.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
It hasn’t been a smooth rough to be honest. I came across some major challenges. The biggest was getting sued by a previous gym that held no ground on starting a case. Everything was because of jealousy & they couldn’t emulate my style, yet they couldn’t. So because of that & me deciding to leave & do my own thing, that’s when the battle started. It taught me a lot about how the the fitness industry rolls because their practices aren’t uncommon.
Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I’m a fitness professional, certified nutrition coach, personal trainer, athletic performance coach, group instructor & more. The list is a bit extensive. I specialize in muscle building, fat loss & conditioning. I’m honestly known for my energy & my AB classes. The word travels. I’m most proud of anyone that steps up to take on the challenge of training with me, that gets me hype. I overthink, way too creative & slight a perfectionist. It translates to the details of my training
What were you like growing up?
Pretty goofy & energetic. I’m not gonna lie, trying to fit in a lot because the personality I had wasn’t often accepted. I always had interests in Cars, Football (go Steelers), Wrestling & Boxing honestly. Those were outlets that let me express my creativity. It was different sure but always something that I could cling to.
