Meet Ahmir Steward of Cleveland Heights

Today we’d like to introduce you to Ahmir Steward.

Ahmir, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
I moved to Cleveland when I was 12 to live with my Dad. Cleaning out his car used to be a chore for me, until I decided to turn it to a side hustle. Making an Instagram page for my detailing at 16, it was full circle from there.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It’s definitely been a slow grind, losing faith wondering if my business would truly prosper, my faith has been tested numerous times but to this day I stand strong.

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
I work at Enterprise as a driver, I got hired as an Auto Detailer before I quit to work for Amazon for a month, then came back to Enterprise.

What was your favorite childhood memory?
Playing with my toy cars on my bed, simulating as if I was in the real world.
