Hi Diane, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
My name is Diane Thompson, visionary CEO of Take Your Rightful Place Enterprise. Born and raise from Cleveland, Ohio, and graduated from Garfield Heights High School. I’m grateful for my supportive family, including my two sisters and parents, Derek and Nella Thompson, who instilled in me the value of hard work and determination. My academic journey took me to Toledo University, Bryant and Stratton College Cleveland, and Cuyahoga Valley Career Center, where I earned a bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration and a License Practical Nurse degree, empowering me to make a meaningful impact in my community.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
My journey hasn’t always been easy. With God’s help, I have overcome poverty, bullying, slander, and hurt over the years. In moments where I felt outnumbered, I learned that the key to success in life lies in the power of my tongue. As one of the most influential voices to a generation, I wouldn’t change my journey for anything.
We’ve been impressed with Take Your Rightful Place Enterprise , but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Take Your Rightful Place Enterprise is a company that establishes a secure environment, empowering individuals from diverse backgrounds to assume their rightful positions and advance God’s kingdom both within and beyond traditional church settings. Under this organization, God’s limitless potential will be fully realized. By leveraging various ministry gifts, entrepreneurial spirit, and essential life skills, Take Your Rightful Place Enterprise serves as a premier instrument of the Holy Spirit, showcasing God’s divine agenda globally across nations and generations. Here, humanity will be empowered to achieve all things through Christ Jesus worldwide.
A few services we offer include books for all age groups, and we host conferences globally that encourage the spiritual, emotional, and developmental health of all individuals.. This year, July 25th-26th, 2025, we are hosting a conference in the Cleveland, Ohio area called the Repent and Fight Arts Conference, designed to restore and encourage a nation.
Can you talk to us about how you think about risk?
Risk taking is a main part of Take Your Rightful Place Enterprise. Many times I had to overcome fear, from being a Christian-based company entering into new territory , birthing a new idea, and the list goes on and on. I learned the importance of walking by faith not by sight.
