

Today we’d like to introduce you to Tony Ferrari.
Hi tony, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
Been in the restaurant industry most of our life, dad is from italy and naturally we grew up with good food, hospitality, and crazy family dinners. He also worked in a 5 start restaurant for 18 years so we were just exposed to restaurant life early on and loved it. I started young washing dishes in a local italian restaurant and worked my way up. I loved the money, loved the friendships and family it created, and most importantly was a job you create everyday and get fulfillment. I loved it. I went to johnson and wales for culinary in miami and helped open multiple restaurants there. Then moved to the west coast to san Francisco where all the big chefs were and best produce. I was exposed to so much so fast nd took it all in like a sponge. After a couple years I decide to open my own return with another chef buddy at 24 years old and we had a beaustul 8 year run till coif closed us up. I moved back home to Cincinnati ohio to open and start mom n em coffee and ferrari bros brands with my brother austin ferrari. There rest is history..
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
never smooth i don’t think that is ever a thing in restaurant business unfortunately! Rise of costs never seem to end, staffing harder and more expensive. With social media, review platforms and everyone thinking they know what their talking about can really make a break a restaurant so that’s another level of thins to consider today. Coving of course took us back a couple years and tons of money but we rebuilt, trying to balance work, life, and being a dad has and will always be a struggle cause you want to do it all but just mentally and physically can’t and shouldn’t in fact. Change is good, evolving in good, but its a hard routine to keep ups with year after year!
Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know?
I feel our flagship ferrari bros brands really does it all, We do property, consulting, events, lifestyle, food and beverage, and mentorships. Between my brother and I and our team we can really do anything you need us to and enjoy it. We are a one stop shop when it comes to this industry. We offer services for every outlet from classic car rentals, airbnb, property management, restaurant consulting, and lifestyle choices. Its a wild ride but we love doing it all.

Most people have dreams, talk about what they want to do but never actually do them or bring their dreams to life, you can ask anymore that knows us we have always did what we said we would do and brought our dreams to life no matter what! I think that’s the difference between up and others is we get it done.
