Today we’d like to introduce you to Kaelin Radloff

Hi Kaelin, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
We bought our property in 2020 mid-pandemic. I knew I had to fill all the acreage with a garden and animals. In 2022, I realized I could turn all of my hobbies (gardening, animals, baking and custom merchandise) into a business. Fast forward to 2023, when our son was born, I knew I wanted to stay at home with him. I could then put more focus towards building the business and here we are today. I love teaching workshops the most, but we also provide our farm fresh goods to the community as well as make custom merchandise for local businesses and events.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
I don’t think many things worth doing have a smooth road. I had to learn how to balance being a business owner and building something from the ground up, first while maintaining a full time “day” job. Now, I’m still working on balancing the business but with being a present stay at home mom. It’s been my hardest bump in the road, but it’s very rewarding on both ends.

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know?
Besides offering seasonal, farm fresh goods straight from our garden + kitchen… I also teach local sourdough workshops for beginners. This is a favorite of mine and has been super popular with the community. Dates and venues can always be found through our social media.

As another hobby turned business, I make custom merchandise for local businesses. Uniforms, events, parties… if you have a logo or design you want to see on some merchandise, I can make that happen. We’ve worked with country clubs, coffee shops, kids camps, small business owners, and more.
