Exploring Life & Business with Bianca Crawford of Purpose Consulting and Motivated and Empowered

Today we’d like to introduce you to Bianca Crawford. They and their team shared their story with us below:

Bianca Marie – Summed up into one word is nothing short of POWERHOUSE. Born in Cleveland, OH, and hailing degrees in ‘Justice Studies’; ‘Criminology” and ‘Master of Human Development/Family Services’ this powerhouse is on a mission to change lives and pave the way for others to do the same -thus making her an undeniable household name. As a Speaker, Teacher, Preacher, Mentor, Mother of 3, Wife, Entrepreneur, and Philanthropist, she does it all and is just getting started. 

Bianca Marie is currently the Founder of Motivated and Empowered Inc which is a nonprofit organization for girls across the globe. She is also the CEO of Purpose Consulting, which help Faith Based Business Owners launch six-figure organizations and create sustainability. She is also the CEO of Bianca Marie Ministries and COO alongside her husband of Crawford Mortuary Transportation Services. 

In addition to her speaking ministry, Bianca Marie is the author of Broken 2 Grace; I’m Just a Girl…and I like it; and the Beautifully Broken Prayer Journal… She has more initiatives such as Girl Live Podcast, Purposely Mentored LLC, and much more…But her greatest joy is standing beside her husband of 11 years, Pastor David J. Crawford Jr, and raising the best children, David (III), Aubrey, and Devin. 

Bianca Marie is the latest Woman on the rise as she steps out of the shadows and continues to create her own lane fueled with undeniable vision, passion, and purpose. Bianca M. Crawford experienced much pain, abuse, and trauma all of her childhood and into her early adulthood. She thought the her life would be nothing but pain & trauma. 

She was born to a teenage mom, and from that moment she was labeled a statics and failure. She spent her childhood trying to fight the stereotypes that had been attached to her at birth. 

Bianca experienced homelessness; molestation; rape; abuse; abandonment and pain all by the age of 8. She wouldn’t allow that to stop her, so she continued to fight. 

Education was her outlet; graduating high school a year early and accepted to 22 different colleges and universities, but her struggle wouldn’t stop there. She fought to get to college, where she had the worse experiences. She was a victim of domestic violence, homelessness, and struggling trying to pay for school and graduate. 

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way? Looking back, would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Hit has not! As a child, my life was rough. I was born to a teenage mom, and I grew up rough. I was molested, raped, in juvenile, and homeless through college. In 2018, I lost everything I had while just having a newborn. 

Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next, you can tell us a bit more about your business.
My nonprofit works with girls all over the country empowering them to be their best selves. We have started a youth center, adopted girls, sent girls to college because we want to remove the barriers that are placed in front of them. 

My consulting firm is Purpose Consulting Firm, and we help nonprofits start and develop to make an impact in their community. We are funding goddess as well, with over 105.6 million dollars in grants won for our organizations; we help our Founders make impact!
