Hidden Gems: Meet Ronald Williams Sr. of Enterprises International LLC

Today we’d like to introduce you to Ronald Williams Sr.

Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started? 
I was blessed to have a Father who believed in the entrepreneurial spirit, in following your passion, and staying focused on your dreams. I began in my Father’s Butcher shop at an early age and even learned auto mechanics from him, which eventually lead me to auto and motorcycle drag racing. Eventually, I was introduced to the Insurance industry in Auto claims and Damage Appraising. In 1995, I Founded my own Auto Damage Appraisal and Claims Consulting firm called Enterprises International LLC, which is to date still active. And in 1997, I Founded Aero Space Technologies, LLC, and here we Transport Cargo and Personal on Land and in Space. At present, I am working on an invention that will have a profound impact on our environment. 

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not, what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
The road has not been smooth; we have gone through fuel shortages, divorces, financial losses, and personal disappointments, but through it all, The Most High navigated the path, and when I stopped looking at what was happening to me and began looking to Him my path began to get straighter, and the mountains did not seem so insurmountable. Where I am today is a testament to the Grace and Power of The Most High to take us from the darkness into the warmth of His marvelous Light. 

We’ve been impressed with Enterprises International LLC, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?

We’d be interested to hear your thoughts on luck and what role, if any, you feel it’s played for you.
I do not place my fate to luck, good or bad. Instead, I believe that there come certain events in our lives that are sometimes for us and sometimes against us, but they are all meant to strengthen us in ways we may not see at the time we are in the midst of the fray. I have gained and I have loss, sometimes just about everything, but through all of it, by God’s Grace, I was always able to keep going forward.
