Today we’d like to introduce you to Charmian Redwood.

Hi Charmian, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I had an NDE 42 years ago which opened up a connection to the Higher Realms for me. I experienced myself as a powerful Being of Light and Love. Since that time, I have been leading workshops, teaching hands-on healing using crystals, sound, and receiving messages for others.

I wanted to find a way for others to experience their own Divinity as I did in my NDE so I developed a way of using hypnosis to take people to experience all of who they really are. I call it Authentic Self Hypnosis.

I also teach channeling and how to connect with Beings from other realms, from the stars. Through guided meditation I escort people to find inner peace and a connection to their own Divine Essence. I also offer Sound Baths to relax body, mind, and spirit

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way? Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
It hasn’t been an easy road. When I came back into my body following the NDE I offered my life to the Divine Plan wherever I was needed. Since then, I have travelled and moved to many places, always having to start again, find a place to live, create events and find students and clients for my services. I have slowly developed my craft in both Healing, Hypnosis, and Meditation fields and am now as much a teacher as a practitioner. Empowering others to be their authentic best self is my goal.

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
I am An Authentic Self Hypnotherapist. I created this school of Hypnotherapy and am now sharing it with others and training them to use the technique. This is a very unique way of using Hypnosis to help people to experience themselves as Soul, helping them to find their Soul Purpose and releasing whatever is stopping them from being all that they can be. When you fully realize how powerful you are it completely changes your life.

The hypnosis work is offered in person or online.

I have written several books using past life regression information from hypnosis sessions.

I offer sound baths with crystal bowls and gongs for deep relaxation and balance of body, mind, and soul

If you had to, what characteristic of yours would you give the most credit to?
I have a very gentle approach which makes people feel comfortable and safe when they are with me. This helps them to go within and find their own Inner Guidance. I am very open and sensitive to the Higher Realms and can guide others to make that connection.
