Rising Stars: Meet Kionnie Dukes of Ohio

Today we’d like to introduce you to Kionnie Dukes.

Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
My goal for this business was to help people who needed that extra hump in life. When i mean nobody can do it by themselves i mean nobody. Back in late 2022 i was 285 pounds with no goals or plans in my life. Then my mom told me you need to step up and change your life. that’s why I created Rayshaun loves Fitness and with that I was going to show everybody my weight loss information and expire people. If you put your heart you’re so in your mind into it you can do anything. When I first started it, I kinda was doing it for myself, and I start realizing the only way that can go far is if I help other people. That includes friends, family member members and people I don’t even know.. you can expire people without even knowing that person and that’s my goal. Whatever you need help with in this fitness, I can help you for the best. My ability since I started in 2023 I’ve done my first NPC show I run two marathons and I’ve met so many wonderful people even though it’s only been a couple years. This is not a star. It’s not the end. My story is never ending.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It’s been extremely challenging. It’s been times where I don’t wanna post some social media anymore other times realizing is this worth it eating all this good food going to the gym 24 seven. And I realized I have a goal. I have a story to tell people and I need to help other people.

We’d love to hear about any fond memories you have from when you were growing up?
Playing football as a kid and running strike and going home the cases with my family. Or is going outside playing with my friends in the neighborhood I don’t have one true memory because I had a phenomenal childhood
